ASAフィラメントは耐UV性・耐候性に優れています。造形物は耐久性と強靭性を備えています。固化温度が非常に高いため、造形物は優れた耐熱性を持ち、98 °C近くの温度まで、変形の兆候がほとんど見られません。これらの特性により、Inslogic ASAは幅広い用途に適しており、特に長期的な屋外使用に適しています。
ASAのプリントには特定の条件が必要です。この素材は、健康に潜在的なリスクをもたらす可能性のある煙や物質を放出するため、換気の良い部屋でプリントすることが重要です。ただし、周囲に気流を発生させないでください。造形結果に悪影響を及ぼします。
強力な接着とプリントの成功のため、ビルドプレートに接着剤を保護層として使用することをおすすめします。大型の造形物では、加熱チャンバー内で3Dプリントすることをおすすめします。3Dプリントした造形物を取り外す前に、3Dプリンターのプリントプラットフォームが室温まで冷めるのを待ってください。全工程を通じて、部屋の換気を十分に行ってください。
