Inslogic ships to the locations indicated in the list above. We do not ship to PO boxes. The price of shipping is not included in the advertised price of Insloic products. Shipping is added based on your products, shipping choices and location during checkout.

Unless otherwise specified, you are responsible for estimating and covering any duties, taxes, fees and/or other costs associated with shipment to your country. Upon checkout, duties and taxes may be estimated and charged. Inslogic is not responsible for additional fees or costs nor are we responsible for communicating with your local authorities to facilitate transit. We cannot give you an estimate on these costs beforehand.

By purchasing this product for shipment outside of the United States, you acknowledge and assume responsibility to conform with local laws and regulations while importing and using the product. You acknowledge that Inslogic is not responsible for regulatory compliance within your country. Inslogic is not responsible for the cost of replacement of any product held indefinitely by your local authorities.

Delivery

We ship items as soon as possible. Estimated delivery dates are indicated for each product in the From Store. Shipment and delivery schedules may be impacted by regional and federal holidays. Given uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.) we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates.

When completing an order, you should receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after completing your transaction. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting Inslogic. Tracking information will be emailed once the order's shipping information is generated. If you have any questions about the delivery of a specific item please contact us through our web form.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, Inslogic is unable to change the shipping address. Inslogic chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some shipments require a signature. Each shipment notification email states whether a signature is required. After the first delivery attempt, the carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before returning the shipment to Inslogic. Follow the tracking information and contact the carrier for detailed delivery information.

Return

Inslogic accepts returns for unopened, unused, undamaged products within 14 days of the shipment date. Returns must be authorized by Inslogic. The Return Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your purchase.

Note: Due to Customs Tariff, Freight charges for bulk orders will be based on actual conditions.

Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. We (store.inslogic3d.com) cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

My order tracking hasn't been updated for many days?

If the logistics track has not been updated after 7 days, please contact us. If within 7 days, please wait patiently.

Why did I only receive half of my order?

We might have divided your order into several packages. Perhaps slow trucking causes the speed to be out of sync. Please wait 7 days and contact us for logistic tracking.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

It is recommended that first you call the local post office to confirm and check the surrounding environment again for parcels. Please contact us, we would love to help you.
