Inslogic PA6-CF Filament is an engineering-grade material, compatible with FDM 3D printers using 1.75 mm diameter filament with a precision of ±0.03 mm.
Inslogic PA6-CF is a high-performance PA6 copolymer (Nylon 6) reinforced with 20% high-modulus carbon fiber, which significantly enhances its stiffness, strength, and layer adhesion. This material boasts exceptional heat resistance, withstanding temperatures up to 209°C, making it ideal for high-temperature applications. Additionally, PA6-CF offers excellent dimensional stability, maintaining its shape and size even under stress or extreme temperatures. Its outstanding impact resistance also ensures durability, making it perfect for models subjected to impact, collisions, vibrations, and heavy loads.
With its superior mechanical properties, PA6-CF is a reliable choice for printing structural and engineering components, such as fixtures, clamps, and automotive or mechanical parts.
