Printing Tips

Printing Tips
  • Before printing, make sure the surface of print bed (build plate) is clean.
  • Dry before use if the material absorbs moisture. For more details, please refer to the Filament Drying Instructions on the blog.
  • Filament dryer box is recommended.
  • PA6-CF is a hygroscopic material, and will attract and hold molecules from the surrounding environment. It is recommended to keep it dry before and during printing.
  • It is recommended to 3D print models in a heated chamber and use adhesive on your build plate as a protective layer. After printing, rinse the build plate with warm water to remove any excess adhesive. Alternatively, use a cloth or sponge soaked in warm water.
  • Store in a dry environment after use. For more details, please refer to the Filament Storage Instructions on the blog.
