Shipping
Yes, we ship overseas. Currently, we only provide shipment services with USPS, DHL, FedEx, DPD, and UPS.
We offer a Free shipping plan in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, and Germany.
For other locations, the shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

It depends on where you are.
Within our delivery locations, all packages are shipped via USPS, DHL, FedEx, DPD, or UPS and will arrive within 3-7 business days (except for pre-sale items and international shipments).
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 16-40 days if your location is not listed. An extra shipping fee will apply.

Exchange or Return
Yes. We offer 14 days return and refund service.
Terms and conditions apply :
- All returns for refund must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.
- All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all parts & accessories included and all original tags and labels attached.
After the 14-day refund window has expired, your only recourse for addressing product issues is through our warranty. Please refer to the detailed Return Policy for more information.

2. Evaluation: We can only accept unopened products that have not been used, ensuring that they can be resold.
3. Receive Instructions: After reviewing your request, the customer service team will provide you with specific instructions for the exchange. This may include details on where to send the product and any packaging requirements.
4. Packaging: Please securely place the item in its original packaging and use a trackable shipping method for your return.
5. Shipping: Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
6. Notify Customer Service: Inform the customer service team once the product has been shipped. Provide them with any relevant tracking information.
7. Waiting Period: Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item for us to complete the return process. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed, and your refund will be issued through your chosen payment method.

We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.
Filament
It is recommended to keep them in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Consider using vacuum-sealed bags to keep moisture, odors, and bugs away.
The quality of your prints depends on both the printer and the filament used.
To achieve the best results, it's advisable to fine-tune the slicing parameters to discover the optimal settings for various filaments and printers.
- The nozzle might be too distant from the bed.
- Ensure that your heated bed is both level and clean.
- Additionally, confirm that your printing and bed temperatures are within the correct range; Adjust them if necessary.
When working with specialty filaments like ABS, ASA, and others, consider reducing the first layer print speed to enhance your chances of success.
