Inslogic PETG Pro (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) filament is universally designed and compatible with FDM 3D printers using 1.75 mm diameter filament, with a precision of ±0.02 mm.

Inslogic PETG Pro filament combines the ease of printing of PLA with the dimensional stability of ABS. It offers a balanced set of properties, including toughness, enhanced bed adhesion, and stiffness, making it ideal for both functional and large-scale printing projects.

With strong, durable characteristics and flexibility, PETG Pro provides resistance to heat and various chemicals like acid, petroleum, ester, and alcohol. It’s especially suited for molds, manufacturing fixtures, electronics housings, and insulating parts.

Optimized for easy printing, PETG Pro is less brittle, with minimal shrinkage (0.1%-0.5%) and warping, thanks to the glycol-modified PET. It also supports high-speed printing up to 600 mm/s, allowing for fast, large-scale prototyping. The finished parts feature a matte surface that enhances the look of prints while concealing layer lines.

*Compatible with Bambu Lab AMS and A1 mini.

Printing Tips

Printing Tips
  • Before printing, make sure the surface of print bed (build plate) is clean.
  • It is recommended to use an adhesive on your build plate as a protective layer. After the print finishes, rinse the build plate with warm water to remove any excess adhesive. Alternatively, you can use a cloth or sponge soaked in warm water.
  • PETG can be printed with or without a fan. For optimal interlayer adhesion, PETG is best printed without a fan. If you desire high detail and minimal stringing, you can achieve this by turning the fan speed to 100%.
  • The nozzle head should be offset on the Z axis. PETG doesn't perform well when printed too tightly; there should be a gap to allow the material to lay down smoothly.
  • Store in a dry environment after use. For more details, please refer to the Filament Storage Instructions on the blog.
  • Dry before use if the material absorbs moisture. For more details, please refer to the Filament Drying Instructions on the blog.
  • Filament dryer box is recommended.

Inslogic PETG Pro Filament Minmum warping

Minimum warping & excellent layer adhesion

Excellent layer adhesion further contributes to a smoother finish and reduces the likelihood of layer separation, resulting in stronger, more durable prints.

Inslogic PETG Pro Filament low shrinkage

Low shrinkage

This is particularly important when printing large models or parts with fine details, as it minimizes the risk of distortion or warping during the cooling process.

Inslogic PETG Pro Filament impact resistance

Impact resistance

Inslogic PETG Pro offers high rigidity, making it ideal for producing parts that need to maintain their shape and withstand external forces.

Inslogic PETG Pro Filament good chemical resistance

Good chemical resistance

Inslogic PETG Pro is highly resistant to a range of chemicals, including oils, solvents, and cleaning agents, making it ideal for industrial or automotive applications where durability.

Inslogic PETG Pro Filament easy to print

Easy to print

Inslogic PETG Pro maximum printing speed can reach up to 600mm/s, and compared to regular PETG, it exhibits less warping and deformation, providing optimal conditions for your perfect prints.
