Unlike conventional heated dryers that use high temperatures (which can risk heat deformation), the 
i10 Dehumidifier utilizes an automated molecular sieve dehumidification system. It actively maintains low humidity (10%–45% RH) at room temperature, making it completely safe for continuous, 24/7 long-term storage of PLA, PETG, and engineering materials.

The i10's PTC heating module has been tested to reach a maximum temperature of 260°C (500°F) under test conditions. It is not a guarantee that every part of the molecular sieve reaches and remains at 260°C during each operating cycle.

The molecular sieve starts desorbing absorbed moisture at approximately 230°C (446°F). Since the i10's PTC module is capable of reaching up to 260°C under test conditions, it provides the required heat for moisture release and desiccant regeneration. Actual desiccant temperature and regeneration performance can vary with ambient temperature, airflow, desiccant quantity, and cycle duration.
