- Flexible and Durable: Shore 90A TPU offers excellent flexibility with strong rebound. Parts stay in shape even after bending, stretching, or repeated use.
- Skin-Friendly & Non-Irritating: Formulated with zinc-based additives for low irritation and safe prolonged contact. Ideal for watch bands, handles, and wearable prints.
- UV and Heat Resistant: The material resists yellowing, brittleness, and oxidation. Prints hold up well in outdoor settings and high-temperature environments.
- Tear and Impact Resistant: Soft but strong enough to handle impact and repeated stress. A reliable choice for protective, structural, or wearable parts.
- Smooth and Easy Printing: Works with most FDM printers at 220 to 240°C. Delivers consistent flow with minimal stringing using 0.4 or 0.6 mm nozzles and PEI beds.
- Vacuum-Sealed for Moisture Protection: The filament is dried and packed in 100% vacuum-sealed bags to prevent moisture, ensuring optimal printing performance.

Inslogic TPU90A Filament is a functional material, compatible with FDM 3D printers using 1.75 mm diameter filament with a precision of ±0.03 mm.
Inslogic TPU90A Filament is softer and offers greater flexibility. It features excellent wear resistance and outstanding aging performance, making it less prone to yellowing and cracking. Ideal for applications that require both flexibility and strength, such as wearable devices, protective cases and sporting goods.
