Great combination of colours & print quality
This was my first Silk filament, and I wasn't sure what to expect, but it printed like a dream and looks amazing. Impressed with the Inslogic filaments.
The filament prints nice and has a beautiful finish. However, the color is almost plain orange. The gold is very dominant and the pink is hard to see. I dont know if print temperature can affect this. (First layer 215C rest 205C. Bed 55C)
The Tri-color Silk Filament (green, blue, and purple) from Inslogic, weighing one kilogram, is delivered wound on a plastic spool in a vacuum-packed, resealable bag. As you can see from the photos, it is very neatly wound. I printed with a nozzle temperature of 210°C, a 0.4 mm nozzle, and a bed temperature of 65°C. I also increased the speed to 125%. These are my standard settings for PLA filament. The filament printed flawlessly and cleanly. The adhesion to the bed was also good. It was easy to remove from the bed after printing. The lines during printing were smooth and uninterrupted. The printed product was stable and showed no printing defects. Depending on how you rotate the print, the three different colors of blue, green, and purple shimmer. I am pleasantly surprised by the filament
This is my first time using Multicolor Silk filament, as I generally print technical parts and very rarely decorative parts. I'm surprised at how good the result is. It often doesn't come across well in pictures, which is why I haven't ordered this type of filament before. Even Easter decorations look really good with this filament.
