Inslogic Nylon PA6/66 is an easier-to-print nylon filament with much lower warping and improved layer adhesion. 3D printed parts are strong, durable, and exhibit good resistance to wear, abrasion, and chemicals.

Applications: Functional prototypes, Making jigs and fixtures, Parts resistant to oils, fuels & chemicals, End-use parts requiring high wear resistance

Printing Tips
  • Before printing, make sure the surface of print bed (build plate) is clean.
  • For large objects, it is recommended to 3D print them in a heated chamber and use adhesive on your build plate as a protective layer. After printing, rinse the build plate with warm water to remove any excess adhesive. Alternatively, use a cloth or sponge soaked in warm water. Suggest using a filament dryer while printing.
  • It is recommended to dry the filament before usage and even 3D print from a dry box for larger prints. This will ensure optimal material properties. For more details, please refer to the Filament Drying Instructions and Filament Storage Instructions on the blog.
