Inslogic Low-Warp Nylon PA6/66 Filament 1.75mm
Choose options
- ⚙️ Moves Without Wearing Out — Low Friction, Long Service Life Melts at 198°C with a low friction coefficient — engineered for gears, bearings, and sliding components where metal-on-plastic contact demands durability. Less wear, longer part life.
- 🔩 103 MPa Flexural Strength — Large Parts, Zero Warping High flexural rigidity resists the uneven cooling forces that warp large or intricate prints. Get precise dimensions on complex geometries, first time.
- 🧪 Oils, Acids, Alkalis, Solvents — Bring It On Chemical resistance across a broad spectrum makes PA6/66 the go-to for parts exposed to fuels, lubricants, and industrial fluids — where PLA and PETG simply fail.
- 🔗 Better Layer Adhesion — Stronger Prints, Less Delamination Enhanced formulation improves interlayer bonding throughout the print, delivering smoother surfaces and structurally sound parts even under mechanical stress.
- 💪 79 MPa Tensile Strength — Built for High-Load Applications Superior abrasion resistance combined with high tensile strength makes it ideal for functional end-use parts that take repeated impact, friction, and heavy loads.
- 🎯 Built For: Gears, Bearings & Sliding Parts · Jigs & Fixtures · Chemical-Resistant Components · High-Wear End-Use Parts & Functional Prototypes

Inslogic Nylon PA6/66 Filament is universally designed and compatible with FDM 3D printers using 1.75mm diameter filament, with a precision of ±0.02 mm.
Inslogic Nylon PA6/66 copolymer is a perfect material if you are seeking an incredibly strong, durable, and versatile 3D printing material. It exhibits much lower warping, improved layer adhesion, and good tensile strength. With our unique formulas, compared to other Nylon filaments, you can 3D print Inslogic Nylon PA6/66 at relatively lower temperatures while maintaining its excellent mechanical features, making it a versatile nylon filament for 3D printing end-use parts.
Nylon PA6/66 exhibits excellent resistance to impact, wear, abrasion, and some chemicals such as oils, fuels, and lubricants. It has great impact strength and good mechanical properties. With a low friction coefficient and a high melting temperature of 198°C, it is an excellent choice for applications such as 3D printing functional prototypes, tools, gears, and end-use parts.
Nylon is a hygroscopic material, and will attract and hold molecules from the surrounding environment. It is recommended to keep it dry before and during printing. Please store it in a sealed container with desiccant packets or similar.
